The annual stocking of millions of trout and salmon and the availability of charter fishing fleets, such as the Waukegan Charter Boat Association, make it possible for countless men, women and children to experience the excitement of doing battle with some of the most aerobatic, tackle busting trophy fish to be found anywhere in fresh water.
